Terms of service

The service

Curact is a subscription service for preparing, running and following up recurring meetings. We provide it as it is described on this site and keep improving it; features may change, but we will not remove something material without notice.

Accounts and roles

A workspace has owners, admins, facilitators and members. Owners and admins control billing, connections and deletion. The customer is responsible for who they invite and for the content they add.

Trial

New workspaces get a 30-day trial with full functionality. No card is required and the trial does not convert into a paid subscription by itself.

Fees

• The subscription is priced per facilitator seat and invoiced yearly in advance, excluding VAT.
• Owners, admins and facilitators occupy seats. Contributors and meeting participants are free.
• Room size above the included tier is charged as an addition to the yearly fee.
• Seats added during a term are invoiced pro rata at the next invoice.

Term and cancellation

The subscription runs for one year and renews for another year unless it is cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan & billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period — you keep full access until then, after which the workspace becomes read-only.

Fees already invoiced for a started period are not refunded. A read-only workspace can be reactivated, or deleted with its data.

Customer data

The customer owns its content. We process it only to provide the service, as set out in the data processing terms. The customer can export it at any time and delete it permanently.

Availability and liability

We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our total liability during any twelve-month period is limited to the fees paid for that period. Neither party is liable for indirect losses.

Governing law

Swedish law applies, and disputes are settled by the courts of Göteborg.
