Curact uses a small number of services to run. Each one processes only what it needs, and customers are told before a new subprocessor is added.

Lovable Cloud (hosting, database and file storage)
- Purpose
- Runs the application, database, authentication and uploaded images
- Data
- All workspace content and account data
- Region
- European Union — confirm the exact region for your contract
AI model provider via the Lovable AI Gateway
- Purpose
- Generates summaries, suggestions and slide drafts on request
- Data
- The workspace content included in a prompt, filtered for sensitive patterns
- Region
- EU/US depending on the model selected
Slack (customer-connected)
- Purpose
- Delivers requests and reminders, and provides material the customer chose to index
- Data
- Names, Slack identifiers, message content the customer connected
- Region
- As per the customer's own Slack agreement
Trello (customer-connected)
- Purpose
- Provides board and card material the customer chose to index
- Data
- Card titles, descriptions and member names
- Region
- As per the customer's own Trello agreement
Transactional e-mail delivery
- Purpose
- Sends speaker requests, reminders and account e-mails
- Data
- Recipient name, e-mail address and message content
- Region
- European Union
